My day job is Web Developer at Tribune Interactive, where we focus on building media-related websites. Previously I worked as an Information Architect and Web Developer at Tanagram Partners. There I designed Fortune 500 data mining applications and next-generation cockpit interfaces, and I designed and built a large-scale banking system and a variety of sites for other companies.
In 2003, one of the sites I designed and built was chosen as a finalist for the South by Southwest Interactive Web Awards. In 2000 I received a BA in English (with an emphasis in Creative Writing) from Illinois Wesleyan University. While I was there I helped the Admissions department develop an award-winning mini-site.
